• Serves as Secretary to the Vice Mayor;
• Serves as Head of Legislative Tracking Section;
• Serves as technical staff of the Vice Mayor in the formulation of ordinances and resolution in coordination with the legislative staff;
• Serves as Secretariat of Senior SB Member Pedro M. Literatus, Jr and Judy Marie H. Veloso, affecting their respective committee chairmanships;
• Cause for the inclusion in the Order/Calendar of Business duly signed proposed ordinances/resolutions;
• Follow-up referrals of items under 1st Reading, public hearings, committee reports;
• Prepare items for Second Reading, Third Reading, or those under Presiding Officer’s Time;
• Assists in the preparation of documents for the District Consultations, committee meetings and public hearings;
• Consolidate proposed amendments or revisions of codes/ordinances;
• Coordinate with the IEC team in the dissemination of ordinances and its possible amendments;

• Performs such as duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the SB Secretary/Vice Mayor/Presiding Officer
