PRESENTATION OF A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING MISS ELLA HAZEL BARBARONA ESTRADA FOR BEING THE FIRST PLACER IN THE 2021 AGRICULTURIST LICENSURE EXAMINATION (ALE) HELD ON 14TH DAY OF DECEMBER 2021 AT JUAN M. RELAMPAGOS SESSION HALL, LOON, BOHOL
Miss Ella Hazel B. Estrada is from Cansubayon, Loon, Bohol, a graduate of Visayas State University (VSU), Baybay Leyte with academic excellence as DOST Scholar, and the daughter of Campatud Elementary School teacher Midred Barbarona Estrada, is a figure of national academic honor and prestige of Gov. Jacinto Borja National High School in Cantaongon, Loon, Bohol where she serves as a secondary school teacher. She made it as the First Placer of the 2021 Agriculturist Licensure Examination (ALE) with the rating of 86%, out of 1,172 passers and 3,721 examinees or 29.84% national passing rate, held last September 26, 2021.
In unison with her family and Alma Mater who will be spending a season of joyous celebration in view of her greatest achievement in the field of education, the LGU-Loon most respectfully acknowledge the blessings that our Lord has showered to her. She contributed academic excellence in the annals of “Loon Madanihon” history.
