AN EXECUTIVE ORDER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 52, SERIES OF 2020, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 52-A, SERIES OF 2020, ADOPTING IATF RESOLUTION NO. 125, SERIES OF 2021, ALLOWING CHILDREN FIVE (5) YEARS OLD AND ABOVE TO GO OUTDOOR AREAS
Excerpts:
Pursuant to Section A of IATF Resolution No. 125, Series of 2021, outdoor areas are those that allow free air movement from all directions that may be covered by a roof, supported by posts, and not surrounded by walls and shall be limited to the following:
(i) parks
(ii) playgrounds
(iii) beaches
(iv) biking and hiking trails
(v) outdoor tourist sites and attractions as my be defined by the Department of Tourism
(vi) outdoor non-contact sports courts and venues, and
(vii) al fresco dining establishments in the above-listed areas
With respect to minors below five (5) years old, they are allowed outdoors during Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Stay home order and restriction on persons sixty-five (65) years old and above shall remain the same pursuant to EO No. 52-A s2020, allowing them to go outside of their residences on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
