AN EXECUTIVE ORDER LIFTING THE REQUIREMENT OF NEGATIVE RT-PCR TEST RESULT ON FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS UPON ITS ENTRY TO BOHOL INSTEAD REQUIRING THEM TO PRESENT ONLY VALIDATED AND AUTHENTICATED VACCINATION CERTIFICATE
Requirements to Enter Bohol for Fully Vaccinated Individuals:
1. Vaccination Certificate generated from vaxcert.doh.gov.ph
2. Approved S-Pass
For Partially-Vaccinated and Non-Vaccinated:
1. 72 hours Negative RT-PCR test result
2. Approved S-Pass
For ROF/Foreign Nationals: Follow protocols based on IATF Resolution 143.
Who are considered fully vaccinated?
-More than or equal to 2 weeks after having received the second dose in a dose 2-dose series, or
-More than or equal to 2 weeks after having received a sing-dose vaccine
The vaccines administered to the individual are included in any of the following:
1. Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) List or compassionate Special Permit (CSP) issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration; or
2. Emergency Use listing of the World Health Organization
Sanction for those who will be caught using fake vaccination certificate, RT-PCR and S-Pass:
-Fine of P5,000.000
-Will be quarantined for 5 days at their own expense at aDOT-accredited quarantine facility
-Undergo RT-PCR testing on the 5th day
-All expenses will be paid by the violator
