Executive Order No. 12 Series Of 2021 (Provincewide) Entitled: “An Executive Order Providing for the New Testing Protocols for Returning Residents, Overseas Filipino Workers, Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR) And Non-APORs (Tourists, both Domestic and Foreign, and Investors) and the Lifting of the Quarantine Requirement making the same as an Exception rather than the General Rule, thereby revising Executive Orders No. 53 and 54, Series of 2020, as amended, insofar as inconsistent herewith”
Effectivity: This Order shall take effect on 12:01 of 01 March 2021 and shall continue to take effect unless repealed or modified
