EO-12 s2020:
A. Creating the Tree Growing Program – Provincial Technical Working Group (TGP-PTWG);
B. Requiring all the City/Municipal Government Units to establish and maintain a mini-plant nursery, identify plantable sites within private and public lands in their respective area of jurisdiction; and
C. Providing and availing of sources of funds for the implementation of the program.
